General terms of use
These terms apply to this website, general messages and table enquiries. A table enquiry does not itself create a confirmed reservation.
Scope and provider
The website presents Gostilna Hrast, its menu and contact details, accepts table enquiries and links to a separate accommodation booking portal. Full details of the legal operator must be added to the contact section before publication.
Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting a form is a request for availability or an offer. A reservation is formed only when Gostilna Hrast expressly confirms the date and agreed conditions by telephone, email or another agreed durable medium.
Users are responsible for accurate contact details and should report errors or changes as soon as possible.
Prices and individual offers
Prices are stated in euros. For groups, events, packages and special requests, the individual offer states the services, price, validity and any additional charges.
If the website and written confirmation differ, the confirmed individual offer applies to that reservation unless there is an obvious error or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
Terms for changes, delays, no-shows and cancellations must be communicated before confirmation. Until agreed in writing, the website itself does not impose a cancellation fee.
Accommodation bookings
Accommodation availability, prices, payments, changes and cancellations are handled in the separate booking portal. Before confirmation, the information and terms displayed there apply; this website does not duplicate the booking form or payment process.
External links and availability
Maps, social networks and the booking portal are third-party services governed by their own terms. We aim to keep links accurate and available, but maintenance or circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.
Complaints and disputes
Questions, changes and complaints may be sent to the email address or telephone number below. We will handle them without undue delay and seek an amicable solution.
Consumer relationships remain subject to mandatory Slovenian law and any jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be removed from the consumer.
Personal data
Enquiry data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Sending an enquiry is not consent to receive marketing messages.
